Ο παλαιός αυτός μουσειακός ναός της Αγίας Τριάδος, στεγάζει από το 2000 το Εκκλησιαστικό Μουσείο Μήλου το οποίο αποτελεί μέλος του European Museum Forum. Το Εκκλησιαστικό Μουσείο Μήλου λειτουργεί από Μάϊο έως και Οκτώβριο, καθημερινώς πρωΐ και απόγευμα, και το καλοκαίρι του 2007 το επισκέφθηκαν 12.000 επισκέπτες.
